Stadium Tracker: Groundhopping (Ground Passport) is available on the App Store. For help, include the app version, device and iOS version, and the steps that led to the problem. Use fictional or redacted examples rather than your full journal or ticket.
How do I add an old match?
Choose Add a visit in Passport. Enter a ground, city, country and date. Adding a new visit dated before today requires Pro; today’s entries remain included. Teams, score, notes, map position and photo are optional. Scores need both home and away values, or neither. Save commits the record; a failed save keeps the draft so you can retry.
Why is my visit missing from the map?
Only visits with a position you chose appear. Open the visit, edit it and choose a ground position. Searching sends that query to Apple Maps, not your device location. Check the result and confirm it. An unpinned visit is still saved in history.
Can I move my records to another device?
In Settings, choose Export visit history, then Save CSV file or View/copy CSV text. On the other device, choose Import visit history and preview the matching Ground Passport CSV before confirming. Existing records are never replaced. Changed IDs are conflicts that need resolving. CSV is a record copy, not a full photo backup.
What if Files will not save or select a CSV?
Cancel and try a working Files destination with adequate storage. The app leaves your passport unchanged after a failed or canceled operation. The explicit CSV-text route is an alternative for exports/imports up to 1 MiB; it does not include images. A copied CSV is not a saved backup until you store it somewhere safe.
Where are my photos?
The app stores one resized local image per visit. It does not upload images or include them in CSV. Keep originals separately. If a local image is missing, the visit's text remains available. Do not reinstall the app as a first troubleshooting step if you have no separate copy.
Does the app sell Pro?
One optional one-time Pro purchase covers adding new past-dated visits, including new historical CSV rows, and exporting or sharing a designed year-card image. Today’s entries, existing history, ordinary editing, photos, chosen map pins, search, collections, CSV export, import preview and restoring previously saved records remain available without Pro. Changing an existing visit to a different past day requires Pro. Close or cancel the offer without losing the draft. After a verified purchase, press Save or Import again; no record is created automatically. There is no subscription or trial.
How do I turn analytics off?
Open Settings → Product analytics and turn it off. This stops future transmissions and discards queued analytics locally. Re-enabling takes effect after a restart. Visit details, photos and map coordinates are not analytics payloads.
