A little help with your plan.
Tell us what you were trying to do, the app version and your device/iOS version. Redact names and private guest details from screenshots. Do not send a complete guest list, Apple password or receipt.
Where do I buy or restore Pro?
Open Settings → Upgrade, or the Upgrade entry on the event home screen. Restore Purchases is available in Settings and on the offer. The upgrade entry disappears when verified Pro access is active. Billing and refunds are handled by Apple.
Why did an automatic proposal not seat everyone?
Check capacities, RSVP statuses, locked assignments and Together/Apart rules. Conflicting rules can make a valid arrangement impossible. Review the preview; do not apply it if it is not right. Manual seating remains available.
Can I keep my existing seating arrangement?
Yes. A revision is staged before you choose Apply or Keep current plan. Saved changes support Undo. Check the preview before replacing the arrangement.
How do imports and exports work?
Paste a CSV list, map the columns and inspect duplicates/RSVP statuses in preview before confirming. Basic CSV export is included. Pro adds a venue PDF. Choose a destination through the system share sheet and check the exported copy.
Where is my event stored?
On this device. There is no app-operated cloud sync or account. Device backups depend on your Apple settings. Keep exported copies of important plans; support cannot retrieve an event we do not hold.
How do I turn off analytics?
Open Settings → Product analytics and turn it off. This stops new sending and discards queued events, without changing access to planning. Previously received events are not automatically removed. Restart the app after enabling it again.
