Include the app version and your iOS version when reporting an issue. Do not send passwords, payment details or a full list of other players’ personal information.
Americano or Mexicano?
Americano rotates partners while trying to reduce repeats. Mexicano uses the current standings to form subsequent groups of four. The opening round uses the roster order. Both use the event’s fixed total points per match.
What happens with an odd number of players?
Some players rest each round. The draw prioritizes players with fewer appearances and a longer wait. Played counts are visible so the organizer can check the rotation.
Can I fix a score?
Correct a recorded score in the event. Standings update, while pairings already issued remain unchanged. A future Mexicano draw uses the corrected standings.
Does it work offline?
The tournament workflow and local records are designed to work offline. Initial purchases, restoring purchases and opening website links require a connection. There is no live spectator link in the first version.
How do purchases work?
Open Home → View Pro or Settings → View Pro to see the monthly and yearly offers. Apple handles billing. Restore purchases is available in Settings and on the offer screen. Use the same Apple Account as for the original purchase. An active subscription is needed to start real events; a started event remains finishable after expiry. The app is not yet publicly available; TestFlight purchases use Apple’s testing environment.
