Basketball Play Designer: Arc
Privacy Policy

Who is responsible
Basketball Play Designer: Arc is developed by Yurii Koshkin in Spain under the Gatoficio studio brand. Contact support@gatoficio.com for privacy questions.
Your playbook stays on your device
Play titles, player positions, movement paths, linked variants, practice minutes, notes and saved play versions are stored locally. We do not operate a server for your playbook or create an app account. Apple device backups may contain app data according to your settings; this is separate from app-operated cloud sync. Local storage is not an independent backup.
Backups, import and sharing
JSON backups and SVG diagrams are prepared locally when you request them. Save backup in app folder writes to Arc's Documents/Backups folder, visible in Files. Uninstalling the app also removes its local backups. Share a separate copy before uninstalling. The system Files and share interfaces send a copy only to a destination you choose, which handles it under its own rules. An imported JSON archive is checked and previewed before you explicitly replace the whole current library; it is not merged automatically. We do not receive exported or imported contents.
Product analytics and your choice
Limited product analytics is enabled by default in an authorized distribution build. You can turn it off in Settings → Product analytics. TelemetryDeck receives coarse events such as opening an editor, changing a movement type, playback, a completed save or export, paywall entry and purchase or restore outcomes. Example use is distinguished from your own work. It does not receive play or practice contents, titles, notes, positions, paths, filenames, document IDs, receipts or transaction IDs.
The SDK attaches an app-specific hashed client identifier, session identifier, timestamp, app version/build and technical runtime information. This can include operating system, device model, architecture, display characteristics, language/region, time zone, appearance, layout direction and accessibility settings. We do not use an advertising identifier, create advertising profiles or link analytics with third-party data for advertising or data brokerage. We do not combine usage analytics with support correspondence.
Turning analytics off blocks further transmissions and discards queued events locally. Data already received by the provider cannot be recalled through this switch. Re-enabling requires restarting the app and never replays events from the disabled period. Debug, simulator and automated test runs do not send analytics. TestFlight/sandbox events are test data; a purchase attempt, restored access or local test is not verified production revenue. Read TelemetryDeck's privacy FAQ for its processing and retention practices. Analytics is not required to use Arc.
Apple purchases
Arc is prepared with an optional one-time non-consumable Pro purchase and a monthly auto-renewable Pro subscription, without a trial. Both add the same saved capacity. Apple processes billing, payment information and subscription management. StoreKit verifies access and supports Restore Purchases. We do not receive your card details. Existing saved materials remain available after a subscription expires or is revoked. Buying one-time Pro does not automatically cancel an existing Apple subscription. The privacy exclusions above also apply to commerce analytics.
Support, deletion and rights
Emailing support sends your email address, message and any chosen attachments to our email providers and us. We use them to answer your request and maintain necessary support records, not advertising. Send fictional or redacted examples, not your whole team playbook, receipts or Apple credentials. Uninstalling removes local app data; offloading can preserve it. Shared copies and Apple backups are separate. We cannot recover a playbook we do not hold.
Contact support to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of information we hold, or to object where applicable. Support correspondence is retained only as needed for the request, follow-up and applicable obligations. You may contact your local supervisory authority, including Spain's AEPD.
