Your work records

Job and client names, sites, notes, checklists, photo pairs, drafts, templates and business report details remain in the app container. There is no app-operated account, server record or cloud sync. Apple device backups may include this data under your device settings. Derived images strip incidental source metadata such as GPS and camera EXIF; this does not make the visible photograph anonymous.

Camera, photo library and sharing

Camera access is used only when you choose to take a photo. The system photo picker shares the images you select, not unrestricted library access. Photo attachment dates come from your device; imports are labelled and are not presented as verified capture dates. When you share a PDF, you choose the receiving app or service. Reports can contain personal or commercially sensitive information. Preview them first; recipients handle their copy under their own policies.

Limited product analytics

The configured release uses TelemetryDeck. Settings → Product analytics switches off future transmissions and discards pending app events. Restart the app after re-enabling. This choice does not change free or paid access.

Coarse events describe onboarding steps, workflow actions, draft recovery, saves, report preparation, paywall layout, selected monthly/annual/lifetime plan and purchase or Restore outcomes. The app does not send job or client names, sites, photo content, checklist text, report notes, templates, business details, paths, Apple receipts, payment card details or transaction IDs in analytics.

The SDK attaches a hashed device/client identifier salted for the app, a random session identifier, event receipt time, app version/build and technical device, OS and locale metadata. These identifiers are not an account identity. We do not combine analytics with work records or support emails, use advertising identifiers, sell analytics, or track across other companies' apps or websites. Hashing does not mean that the payload contains no identifiers.

TelemetryDeck processes analytics in the European Union. See its privacy information for identifier handling and retention; it states visitor IP addresses are not stored. Opt-out does not delete events already received. We do not promise a fixed provider deletion interval or individual event retrieval. Do not send a client list or Apple receipt to identify an analytics event.

Purchases

Apple processes payments. StoreKit verifies access, purchases, Restore, expiry and revocation. A local transaction deduplication record prevents repeated purchase counting; transaction IDs and receipts are not sent as app analytics. Optional analytics distinguishes test transactions from verified production paid purchases. We do not receive payment card details.

Support and rights

Email support receives your address, message and any attachments. We use these to answer your request and retain necessary follow-up records, not to profile you. Email providers process delivery and storage. Share redacted examples rather than photographs identifying clients, a full job archive or payment credentials.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection where applicable using the support address. You may contact your local data-protection authority, including Spain's AEPD. We cannot retrieve local work records that we do not hold.

Deletion and backups

Deleting the app removes its local data; offloading may preserve it. Separately shared files and Apple backups remain under your control. Removing a photo from a job removes its report reference; private image files may be retained locally to avoid losing another draft's reference. There is no promise of immediate secure erasure. Deleting a job does not reset the first-job allowance.
