App license

The App Store app uses Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. This page explains the product and is not a replacement custom EULA.

A work record, not certified evidence

You provide the photos, checks, notes and business details. Review their accuracy and permission to photograph or share each site. Device dates are not verified timestamps; imported photo attachment time is not original capture time. Reports are not tamper-proof, a legal certification, an inspection guarantee or proof that every listed task was performed.

Included experience and Pro

The first complete job is free, including saved records and repeat PDF exports. Deleting it does not reset the allowance. Pro requires a separate purchase for additional jobs, reusable templates and business report details. Existing saved records remain readable and exportable without an active subscription.

Pro is offered as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription, or one-time lifetime access. No subscription trial is offered. The app and Apple's purchase sheet show the local price and billing period before payment. Lifetime has no recurring charge. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage subscriptions through your Apple Account; Apple explains cancellation. Restore Purchases uses the Apple Account that bought access.

Local records and exports

There is no team account or app-operated cloud sync. Retain device backups or exported copies needed for your work. Draft recovery reflects the latest completed local save, not a guarantee against immediate termination, storage failure or device loss. Review each PDF before sharing it. Third-party recipients and backup services operate separately.
