Tell us what you were trying to do and what happened. Include the app version, device model and iOS version. Redact client names, sites and identifiable photographs. Never send your Apple password, payment details or full private work archive.
What is included without buying Pro?
One complete job, with photos, editable cleaning/turnover starters, checks, notes, saving, reopening and repeat PDF exports. Pro adds further jobs, your reusable templates and business report details. The free job is not a subscription trial.
Where did my unfinished job go?
Use Resume draft on the home screen. Recovery uses the latest completed local checkpoint. Wait for the kept status before leaving. If a save fails, keep the app and existing files; do not reinstall to fix a storage error. A corrupt or newer-version file is preserved rather than silently replaced.
What does a photo time mean?
It is the device-provided time when the photo was attached. Imports are labelled as imported, not as a photo verified at that time. The app does not verify GPS, the original capture date or the truth of the visible work.
How do I share a report?
Save and export the job, preview the PDF and check its contents, then use the system share sheet. Report preparation is not confirmation that a recipient received it. A missing or damaged referenced image stops export rather than silently claiming it was included.
How do I restore Pro?
Use Restore Purchases on the Pro screen or in Settings, with the Apple Account that bought access. Apple may request authentication. Subscriptions can be managed in your Apple Account. Saved reports remain accessible after expiry; adding further jobs requires current Pro access.
Can I disable analytics?
Yes, turn off Product analytics in Settings. Future transmissions stop and pending app events are discarded. Restart after re-enabling. Job content and photos are not sent in analytics.
